How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → Delete Account. Your account, pages, friends and groups are removed immediately, and your photos from storage within about an hour.

How do I report a page or block someone?

Open the menu on a page to report it, or block the person. Blocking ends the friendship and stops all contact. We review every report within 24 hours.

How do I export my diary?

Go to Diary → Export. Export is always free.

How do I cancel Lune Premium?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Lune, and cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Why can I only write at night?

Lune is a diary for the night. Your page opens at 20:00 and closes at 04:00, in your own time zone.

I can’t see a page my friend sent

Friends’ pages disappear at the end of the day (20:00 the next evening). Make sure notifications are on so you do not miss them.
